Stacey Kane has more than 22 years of experience working with multi-unit restaurant chains. In 2016 Stacey joined Firenza Pizza a leader in the fast casual pizza segment. Prior to that she served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the 35 unit comfort casual chain, East Coast Wings + Grill for almost 2 years. In 2007, Stacey started at California Tortilla, where she was known for her incredible creativity as the VP of marketing. Stacey also spent 11 years as a top-level media buyer for Subway® restaurants, and has served on several boards, including the National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executives Group Board. In 2012 and 2013, Stacey was named a Top 20 Movers and Shakers by Fast Casual Magazine.
Kendra Shier brings more than 27 years of restaurant operations and marketing experience to the table. She is the VP of Operations and Marketing for Jakes Burgers and Beer. Prior to that, Shier served as VP of Operations and Marketing for Bread Winners Cafes, VP of Marketing for Pizza Inn/Pie Five Pizza, VP of Brand Development for The Melting Pot Restaurants, Burger 21 and GrillSmith and Director of Sales and Marketing for SEGA/Dreamwork’s GameWorks.
Shier currently sits as the Chairperson of the National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executive Group’s Board of Directors, she is a member of the Texas Restaurant Association and National Restaurant Association, Omicron Delta Kappa honor society and holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Telecommunications from Texas Tech University. She and her husband reside in Flower Mound, Texas with their 3 amazing children: Madison, (23), Kennedy (21) and Ian (16).
Hunter Townsend started his restaurant marketing career by taking over the social media program for Via 313, where he used the skills he'd acquired as an independent musician to help grow the company's social media influence and increase community engagement without the use of paid advertising.
Building off of that experience, Hunter founded Consumable Content, a digital brand management agency that specializes in content creation and social media management for some of Austin's top restaurants, bars, and food trucks.
