Jack Serfass is a successful entrepreneur who has founded four companies, including Uptown Network. Uptown Network combines technology and restaurant experience with a mission to transform guest experience and restaurant operations with digital menus. Very soon, society will look back at paper menus the same way we now look back at hand-written checks.

Self-taught chef who, with his wife Nadine, transformed the original Naples Tomato restaurant from a mom-and-pop operation to one of the country's best restaurants. Voted best restaurant in Southwest Florida by Gulfshore Life Magazine and Top 1500 Restaurants in the Country by Zagat. Founded and led two software companies: Bowstreet, Inc. (acquired by IBM); and Preferred Systems, Inc. (acquired by Computer Associates). Early board member at Nielsen / Netratings, the Nielsen of the web (IPO). Software technology expert, popular speaker, and consultant on product reinvention for Infinite Growth Group for clients such as Nestle/Stouffers and Coca-Cola/Odwalla.

Rafael Frederick is the quintessential restauranteur with over 10 years of experience in both Hospitality Management and Food and Beverage Management. Rafael is currently the General Manager of Bull & Bear restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Orlando, Florida. Bull & Bear is open nightly for dinner and presents a wine list featuring applauded boutique vintners. Bull & Bear has received the AAA Four Diamond Award, as well as the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award and the Florida Trend Golden Spoon. Most recently the Bull and Bear received a number of a Reader’s Choice Dining Awards from Orlando, The City’s Magazine. The award titles included: Best Restaurant, Best for a Business Dinner Restaurant, Best Hotel Restaurant, Most Romantic Restaurant, Best Service, Best Steak House and Best Wine List.

Miliotes brings his renowned wine expertise to Disney Springs® at Walt Disney World Resort with his new venture, Wine Bar George. Wine Bar George is the only Master Sommelier-led wine bar in Florida.

As one of 249 Master Sommeliers in the world, George Miliotes is a passionate educator and curator of wines. A firm believer in education and knowledge-sharing, Miliotes continuously studies wine, identifying the most interesting wines through annual trips to wine-growing regions from France to South Africa. Building relationships with some of the best vintners in the world, he also takes an active role in the winemaking process helping to create custom blends.
