She oversees a team of market managers covering states in the South and Midwest, including Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. With over 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, she began her career in restaurant delivery seven years ago as a Corporate Concierge for Dining In. She was promoted to General Manager of the Dining In Dallas market in 2012 and increased yearly sales to $6 million before they were acquired by Grubhub in 2015. Over the past three years she has helped grow Grubhub’s fast-growing delivery network, which has committed to reach more than 100 new markets this year.
JB Mason is the Manager of Regional Sales Strategy for the Greater Texas region of DoorDash. He is focused on empowering small businesses by forming strategic food-delivery partnerships with the best restaurants in Texas. DoorDash is a technology company that helps restaurants grow their business, provides flexible work options, and offers affordable convenience to consumers.
John Moore is Founder and CEO of Moore Hospitality Management in Houston, Texas, which includes Palazzo's and Moderno Tacos + Tex-Mex.
Trent Patterson is the Director of Operations for Dish Society in Houston, Texas. He has worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years across several concepts. A college friend and he started Dish Society in 2013 out of frustration with access to approachable farm to table food. They will be opening the 5th location in November. He is a graduate of The University of Texas with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
