Exhibitor Information Management

Attendees want to know who is exhibiting at TRA Marketplace and what products or services you will be presenting. It is critical that your company listing is fully updated! Otherwise, all anyone will know about you is your company name, booth number and website.

Your company listing will not only appear in online exhibitor list on tramarketplace.com, it will be in the exhibitor list on the official show mobile app, and in the printed program and directory that is distributed onsite. The deadline for information to be included in the printed TRA Marketplace Program & Directory is June 5, 2017.

So take a few minutes to add a company description, contact information, and select the product categories your company best fits. Here's how:

You can update your profile by following these steps:

  • Go to Exhibitor Login
  • Select Company Name from dropdown and use your Exhibitor ID to log on. Your Exhibitor ID can be found on your booth confirmation email.
  • Click on the Profile tab
  • Select the grey box labeled 'Profile'
  • Verify your company information. Please remember, information in the 'Directory Contact' and 'Directory and Listing Info' will be printed in the TRA Marketplace Program & Directory
  • Click the Confirmation Box at the bottom of the page
  • Save and Continue

Company Logo

Make your company stand out from the crowd! Here you can upload your company logo to be displayed on the Mobile App and on the TRA Marketplace Floorplan.

Press Releases

Your profile page contains links to your press releases. These are used to describe your company and/or a product. Press releases are displayed on the TRA Marketplace website and through the official mobile app. The first 3 press releases are available to you at no charge!

Show Specials

Exhibitors participate by offering a Show Special and receive a FREE pre-show Attendee List. Examples of a Show Special are "10% off orders placed at the show", "free shipping", "baker's dozen", etc. - the more value a Show Special has, the more buyers will be interested. Show specials received by June 5, 2017, will be listed in the TRA Marketplace Program & Directory. Exhibitor participation is free.

New Product Showcase

Expand your show presence and give buyers and media the chance to see your product outside of your booth - both onsite and digitally in the New Product Showcase. Products are displayed in lucite cabinets to reveal your new product in a secure, locked case.

You can upload your product information, picture, description, and link, into the New Product Showcase tab within your Show Planner profile. This information will be available in our mobile app for attendees and customers to learn about your product pre-show, during the show, and for up to a year post-show. New products will also be identified in the 2017 TRA Marketplace Program & Directory. The cost to display your featured item in the secured New Product Showcase is $300 ($500 for top row placement).
